Akki Roti

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix rice flour, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and salt and add required water and mix well to a consistency of a dough.
  2. Heat a tawa lubricating with a little oil.
  3. Now take a ball of the dough and spread it on the tawa. You can also spread the dough in a plastic paper and put on the tawa.
  4. Spread a tsp of oil over the dough. Flip the dough the other side and again pour oil.
  5. Take it out once it is cooked on both the sides and crispy.
  6. Serve with chutney.
