Ingredients:
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Coriander leaves
- Green chillies - 3
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Preparation:
- Mix rice flour, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and salt and add required water and mix well to a consistency of a dough.
- Heat a tawa lubricating with a little oil.
- Now take a ball of the dough and spread it on the tawa. You can also spread the dough in a plastic paper and put on the tawa.
- Spread a tsp of oil over the dough. Flip the dough the other side and again pour oil.
- Take it out once it is cooked on both the sides and crispy.
- Serve with chutney.
