Ingredients:
- Raw sour Mangoes - 10
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 200 gms
- Salt to taste
- Mustard powder - 1/4 cup
- Gingely oil - 2 cup
Preparation:
- Cut the mangoes in cubical shape. Wipe with a cloth, the mangoes should be dry. Mix turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt and set aside for an hour.
- Now add mustard powder and oil and mix well and let it for a day.
- Add oil if needed. If more gravy is needed, u can add mustard powder. Also see to it that salt is sufficient else, the pickle might ruin.
