Ingredients:
- Beans - 4 -5
- Carrot - 1
- Yam - a small piece
- Brinjal - 3-4
- Plaintain - 1/2
- Drum stick - 1/2
- Cucumber - 1/2
- Sour Mango - 1/2
- Coconut grated - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 4
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Cumin seed - 1 tsp
- Shallot - 1
- Curd - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil
- Curry leaves.
Preparation:
- Cut all the vegetables length wise. In a pressure pan, heat coconut oil and add all the vegetables. Mix well and cook them.
- Grind coconut, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, shallot and green chillies to a coarse paste.
- Add this paste to the cooked vegetables and add curd and salt and mix well and cook till all the moisture evaporates.
- Put off the stove and pour coconut oil and add curry leaves.
