Belluli (Garlic) Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Coconut grated -1/4 cup
  • Garlic, peeled and cleaned – 1 whole
  • Red chillies - 5
  • Tamarind paste – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Grind all ingredients together to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and splutter few mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add this to the ground mixture.
