Ingredients:
- Coconut grated -1/4 cup
- Garlic, peeled and cleaned – 1 whole
- Red chillies - 5
- Tamarind paste – 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Grind all ingredients together to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and splutter few mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add this to the ground mixture.
