Ingredients:
- Carrot - 2
- Milk - 1 ltr
- Bread slices - 2
- Ghee - 3 Tbsp
- Sugar - 8 - 10 Tbsp
- Cashews
- Raisins
Preparation:
- Shred the carrot. Remove the crust of the bread and make small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a frying pan and add the carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes for a fine aroma. Don't over cook. Keep it aside and let it to cool.
- Now add i cup of milk to the carrot and give it a boil for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the remaining milk and keep stirring till the milk condenses.
- Add sugar and stir till the sugar dissolves. Add the bread pieces and cook till the bread is cooked.
- Refrigerate this for 4-5 hours.
- Garnish with ghee fried cashews and raisins while serving.
