Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1 (cut to small florets)
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Badam - 10 (soaked in water and skin peeled)
- Tomato - 1
- Ghee - 2 Tbsp
- Coriander leaves
Preparation:
- Grind the tomato and badam to a fine paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry cauliflower to golden brown.
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and sprinkle some water and mix well.
- Add salt and the ground paste. Pour a cup of water and cook till the cauliflower is done.
- Remove from heat when the gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves.
