Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower - 1 (cut to small florets)
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Badam - 10 (soaked in water and skin peeled)
  • Tomato - 1
  • Ghee - 2 Tbsp
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation:

  1. Grind the tomato and badam to a fine paste.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cauliflower to golden brown.
  3. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and sprinkle some water and mix well.
  4. Add salt and the ground paste. Pour a cup of water and cook till the cauliflower is done.
  5. Remove from heat when the gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves.
