Ingredients:
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Red chillies - 5
- Coriander seeds - 1tsp
- Garlic pods - 2
- Roasted urad dal - 1 tsp
- Asaofoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind pulp - 2 tsp
Preparation:
- Fry coconut, red chillies, coriander seeds, garlic pods, urad dal, and asaofoetida powder .
- Grind them to a fine paste along with salt and tamarind.
