Chammanthi

Ingredients:

  • Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Red chillies - 5
  • Coriander seeds - 1tsp
  • Garlic pods - 2
  • Roasted urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Asaofoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind pulp - 2 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Fry coconut, red chillies, coriander seeds, garlic pods, urad dal, and asaofoetida powder .
  2. Grind them to a fine paste along with salt and tamarind.
