Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 1
- Crushed Black pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Add tomato and fry a little. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and chicken pieces.
- Mix well and cook till the chicken pieces are well coated with the masala gravy.
- Add water if needed and cook till the chicken turns soft and well cooked and the gravy is semi liquid in consistency.
- Add the crushed black pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
