Ingredients:
- Mushroom - 3 cups
- Tamarind pulp - 1Tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilly - 2
- Moong dal - 2 tsp
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Oil
Preparation:
- Roast red chilly, moong dal and pepper and grind to a fine powder.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the mushroom and mix well. Add salt.
- Once the mushroom starts to release water, add the ground powder and mix well.
- Add tamarind pulp and stir for a few minutes till the gravy becomes dry. Garnish with coriander leaves.
