Ingredients:
- Carrot - 2-3
- Bottle guard - 1-2 pieces
- Cabbage - 1 -2 leaves
- Whipped cream - 1 Tbsp
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Grate 1/2 carrot finely and chop the cabbage and keep them aside.
- Cook the remaining carrot along with the bottle guard till they are soft. Cool and grind it to a smooth paste.
- Heat butter in a pan and add the paste and bring to a boil.
- Add the carrot and cabbage and salt and give it a boil.
- Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
