Clear Soup

Ingredients:

  • Carrot - 2-3
  • Bottle guard - 1-2 pieces
  • Cabbage - 1 -2 leaves
  • Whipped cream - 1 Tbsp
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Grate 1/2 carrot finely and chop the cabbage and keep them aside.
  2. Cook the remaining carrot along with the bottle guard till they are soft. Cool and grind it to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and add the paste and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the carrot and cabbage and salt and give it a boil.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
