Ingredients:
- Coconut grated - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Cardamom - 2
- Ghee - 2 Tbsp
- Cashew
Preparation:
- Take a sticky sugar syrup.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the coconut a little. Add the sugar syrup and crushed cardamom and cook till the moisture evaporates.
- Spread this in a ghee spread tray and put cubes with a sharp knife.
