Coconut Burfi

Ingredients:

  • Coconut grated - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Ghee - 2 Tbsp
  • Cashew

Preparation:

  1. Take a sticky sugar syrup.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the coconut a little. Add the sugar syrup and crushed cardamom and cook till the moisture evaporates.
  3. Spread this in a ghee spread tray and put cubes with a sharp knife.
