Ingredients:
- Cooked raw rice - 2 cups
- Curd - 2 cups
- Milk - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mustard seeds - 1tsp
- Green chillies - 2
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Oil
- Red Chilly - 1
- Asafetida powder- a pinch
- Ginger - a small piece
Preparation:
- In a bowl, spread the rice and add milk and curd and salt. Mix well and smash it a little.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add coriander leaves, curry leaves, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped green chilly, red chilly, asafetida powder and put this in the rice and mix well. Should be in a semi solid consistency.
- Can also add grated carrot and grapes - which are optional.
