Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken leg pieces - 6
  • Egg - 2
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, pepper, flour, salt and add the required water to make a fine batter.
  2. Add the chicken and coat it with the batter and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Beat egg in a mixing bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan. Coat evenly the marinated chicken in the beaten egg. Deep fry till the chicken is cooked and turns golden brown.
  5. Serve with french fries and sauce.
