Ingredients:
- Chicken leg pieces - 6
- Egg - 2
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Flour - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- In a mixing bowl, mix ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, pepper, flour, salt and add the required water to make a fine batter.
- Add the chicken and coat it with the batter and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Beat egg in a mixing bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Coat evenly the marinated chicken in the beaten egg. Deep fry till the chicken is cooked and turns golden brown.
- Serve with french fries and sauce.
