Kesari

Ingredients:

  • Rava - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Ghee - 2 Tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cardamom - 2 crushed
  • Cashew

Preparation:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews. Add the rava and fry little.
  2. Add a cup of water and milk and cook till the rava is half cooked.
  3. Add sugar and keep stirring so that no blocks are formed. Add cardamom.
  4. Once the sugar melts and the rava is well cooked, pour the remaining ghee and spread in a ghee spread tray and cut to cubes.
