Ingredients:
- Rava - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Ghee - 2 Tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cardamom - 2 crushed
- Cashew
Preparation:
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews. Add the rava and fry little.
- Add a cup of water and milk and cook till the rava is half cooked.
- Add sugar and keep stirring so that no blocks are formed. Add cardamom.
- Once the sugar melts and the rava is well cooked, pour the remaining ghee and spread in a ghee spread tray and cut to cubes.
