Ingredients:
- Tapioca - 1/4 kg
- Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Red chilly - 2
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Garlic pods -2
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil
Preparation:
- Cut the tapioca to cubes and cook it with little salt and drain the water.
- Grind coconut, cumin seeds, red chilly, turmeric powder , garlic pods to a fine paste.
- In a pan add the tapioca and the ground paste and salt and mix well. Add water and let to boil.
- After it boils to a semi solid state, pour 2 Tbsp coconut oil and add curry leaves and put off the stove.
