Ingredients:
- Milk - 1 ltr
- Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Cream - 1/2 cup
- Badam
- Pista
- Cardamom-2
- Unsweetened Khova - 2 Tbsp
Preparation:
- Boil milk in a pan. Mix corn flour with little milk and pour it to the milk and let to boil.
- Once it starts to thicken, add the sugar and cream and mix well.
- When sugar melts, add the khova and mix well and remove from heat.
- Add shredded badam, pista and cardamom and mix well. Let it cool. If desired a pinch of saffron can be added.
- Fill the paste in conical moulds and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
