Kulfi

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 1 ltr
  • Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Badam
  • Pista
  • Cardamom-2
  • Unsweetened Khova - 2 Tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Boil milk in a pan. Mix corn flour with little milk and pour it to the milk and let to boil.
  2. Once it starts to thicken, add the sugar and cream and mix well.
  3. When sugar melts, add the khova and mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Add shredded badam, pista and cardamom and mix well. Let it cool. If desired a pinch of saffron can be added.
  5. Fill the paste in conical moulds and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
