Ingredients:
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 1Tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Kesari powder - a pinch
- Baking powder - a pinch
- Cashew
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Oil to fry
Preparation:
- Mix the gram flour, rice flour, baking powder and kesari powder and mix to a thick batter consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter in the sieve with small round holes to fall in the oil and fry them.
- Take sugar syrup of a single thread consistency.
- Add the boondhis, cardamom powder, cashew and mix well and make balls when still the syrup is hot.
