Ladoo

Ingredients:


  • Gram flour - 1 cup

  • Rice flour - 1Tbsp

  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

  • Kesari powder - a pinch

  • Baking powder - a pinch

  • Cashew

  • Sugar - 1 cup

  • Oil to fry

Preparation:



  1. Mix the gram flour, rice flour, baking powder and kesari powder and mix to a thick batter consistency.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter in the sieve with small round holes to fall in the oil and fry them.

  3. Take sugar syrup of a single thread consistency.

  4. Add the boondhis, cardamom powder, cashew and mix well and make balls when still the syrup is hot.
