Ingredients:
- Cooked raw rice - 1 cup
- Lemon - 1
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Cooked vegetables - 1/2 cup (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Green chilly - 2
- Red chilly -2
- Oil
- Cashew
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Bengal gram - 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves, cashews, green chilly and red chilly and fry little. Add salt.
- Now add the juice extracted from the lemon. After a boil, remove from heat and mix it well with the cooked rice.
