Ingredients:
- Small mango fruit - 4
- Butter Milk - 1- 1/2 cup
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 5
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic pods - 2
- Soaked raw rice - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Red chillies - 2
- Curry leaves
Preparation:
- Grind coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds, garlic pods, soaked raw rice to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard, red chillies. Add the cut mangoes and let it to boil. Add salt.
- After the mango gets half cooked, add the ground paste and let it to boil.
- Once the mango is fully cooked, pour the butter milk and off the stove and add curry leaves.
