Mangalore Bajji


Ingredients:


  • All purpose flour (maida) - 2 cups

  • Butter milk

  • Onion - 1

  • Green chillies - 3

  • Coriander leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • Cooking soda - a pinch

  • Oil to deep fry

Preparation:



  1. Mix maida, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, soda, salt, chopped coriander leaves by adding the required butter milk. The mixture consistency should be as that for pakodas.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the mixture by making balls. Serve with chutney or sauce.
