Ingredients:
- All purpose flour (maida) - 2 cups
- Butter milk
- Onion - 1
- Green chillies - 3
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Cooking soda - a pinch
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation:
- Mix maida, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, soda, salt, chopped coriander leaves by adding the required butter milk. The mixture consistency should be as that for pakodas.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the mixture by making balls. Serve with chutney or sauce.
