Ingredients:
- Gram flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Ghee - 2 cups
- Water - 1 cup
Preparation:
- Heat 1 cup ghee in a frying pan. Add gram flour and fry it in low heat till it turns light brown. Keep it aside.
- In a frying pan, add sugar and water and boil it to become a sticky syrup.
- Add the gram flour and mix well. Add the remaining ghee and stir continuously so that no blocks are formed.
- When the ghee comes out and the mixture start to separate from the pan, take it out and spread it on a ghee greased plate. Cut it into shapes of square with a sharp knife.
