Ingredients:
- Maida - 3 cups
- Baking powder - 1tsp
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1 cup
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, mix sugar, egg, milk and water and add the sieved items to make a soft dough. Cover it with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 2 hours. It will get doubled.
- Now make equal sized balls, apply little oil and roll it into a round shape.
- Stretch a little from one side to give a triangular shape.
- Now cook it both sides in a preheated Tandoori tawa and serve with a blob of butter.
