Ingredients:
- Gram flour - 1/2 cup
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 1 (cut length wise)
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation:
- Mix gram flour, chilly powder, salt, garam masala powder, onion and curry leaves in a bowl. Sprinkle water if needed. Mix well to form a dough.
- Heat oil in a pan and make small balls of the dough and deep fry them in oil.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
