Pakodas

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion - 1 (cut length wise)
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Preparation:

  1. Mix gram flour, chilly powder, salt, garam masala powder, onion and curry leaves in a bowl. Sprinkle water if needed. Mix well to form a dough.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and make small balls of the dough and deep fry them in oil.
  3. Serve with tomato sauce.
