Ingredients:
- Paneer - 200gms
- Onion Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Tomato Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Cashew nut - 1 Tbsp grounded
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 1
- Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Orange food color - a pinch
- Butter - 3 Tbsp
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- Round cut Onion and finely chopped Capsicum - seasoning
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion paste. Add the chilly powder and cook for 2 minutes and add milk slowly.
- Now add the tomato paste and cook for few minutes. Add the grounded cashew powder.
- Add the cumin powder, garam masala, salt, sugar and needed water and cook till the oil separates and the gravy becomes thick.
- Add the dried fenugreek leaves and mix a little and set aside.
- Heat butter in a frying pan, add the sliced green chilly, capsicum and onion and saute for few minutes.
- Add these sauted vegetables, paneer pieces and orange color to the gravy and mix well.
