Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 400 gms
- Capsicum - 1
- Curd - 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Mint leaves
- Garlic pods - 5
Preparation:
- Mix curd, salt, garam masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves and chopped garlic together to a paste.
- Marinate the cubed cottage cheese and chopped capsicum in this mixture for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry them. Serve with lemon.
