Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 400 gms
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Curd - 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Garlic pods - 5

Preparation:

  1. Mix curd, salt, garam masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves and chopped garlic together to a paste.
  2. Marinate the cubed cottage cheese and chopped capsicum in this mixture for 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry them. Serve with lemon.
