Ingredients:
- For Dough
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Water
- Salt to taste
- For Filling
- Paneer crumbs - 1 cup
- Finely chopped green chillies - 5
- Finely chopped Onion - 1
- Finely chopped Coriander leaves - 1 Tbsp
- Finely chopped Mint leaves - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Ghee - 2 Tbsp
- Oil
Preparation:
- Mix the ingredients for the dough to a smooth dough.
- Mix well the paneer with all the other items.
- Roll the dough to small rotis and spread the paneer filling over it.
- Make a roll and spread the dough carefully to a parantha, so that the filling doesn't come out.
- Cook on a heated tawa with ghee till brown on both sides.
