Panner Parathas

Ingredients:

  • For Dough
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • For Filling
  • Paneer crumbs - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped green chillies - 5
  • Finely chopped Onion - 1
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves - 1 Tbsp
  • Finely chopped Mint leaves - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Ghee - 2 Tbsp
  • Oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough to a smooth dough.
  2. Mix well the paneer with all the other items.
  3. Roll the dough to small rotis and spread the paneer filling over it.
  4. Make a roll and spread the dough carefully to a parantha, so that the filling doesn't come out.
  5. Cook on a heated tawa with ghee till brown on both sides.
