Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces - 500gms
- Fresh ground pepper - 3 Tbsp
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Onion - 2
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- Green chilly - 2
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and slit green chillies. Saute a little and add ginger garlic paste.
- Add the chicken pieces, chilly powder, turmeric powder and saute till chicken gets a coating of oil. Pour required water and cook the chicken to soft. Add salt.
- Once the chicken is well cooked, add the ground pepper and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish withe coriander leaves.
