Ingredients:
- Cooked sweet corn - 1 cup
- Spring onion - 2
- Beans - 6-7
- Carrot -1
- Mushroom - 3
- White pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee - 2 Tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Chop the vegetables finely and half cook them and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add onion and saute. Add corn and a cup of water.
- Add sugar, salt and pepper. Dissolve the corn flour in water and add it. Bring to a boil.
- Before serving, mix the vegetables along with the soup and mix well and garnish with mint leaves.
