Tomato Soup


Ingredients:


  • Tomatoes - 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Corn flour - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Garlic pod - 1
  • Pepper to taste
  • Butter - 1tsp

Preparation:

  1. Boil the tomatoes in a pan with sufficient water till they are cooked and soft. Remove the seeds and peel the skin and blend.

  2. Heat butter in a pan and add garlic. Add the blended tomato and stir.

  3. Dissolve the corn flour in little water to a fine paste and add it to the boiling mixture stirring continuously and bring it to a boil.

  4. Add salt and sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
