Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 4
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Corn flour - 1/2 Tbsp
- Garlic pod - 1
- Pepper to taste
- Butter - 1tsp
Preparation:
- Boil the tomatoes in a pan with sufficient water till they are cooked and soft. Remove the seeds and peel the skin and blend.
- Heat butter in a pan and add garlic. Add the blended tomato and stir.
- Dissolve the corn flour in little water to a fine paste and add it to the boiling mixture stirring continuously and bring it to a boil.
- Add salt and sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
