Ingredients:
- Cabbage - 1 cup (chopped)
- Beans - 1 cup (chopped)
- Carrot - 1 cup (grated)
- Onion - 1 cup (grated)
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chilly sauce - 3 tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Maida - 3-4 Tbsp
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation:
- Cook the vegetables and smash them.
- Add all the ingredients to the smashed vegetables and mix to a dough.
- Make small finger shaped pieces out of the dough and deep fry them in oil. Serve with sauce.
