Vegetable Fingers

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage - 1 cup (chopped)
  • Beans - 1 cup (chopped)
  • Carrot - 1 cup (grated)
  • Onion - 1 cup (grated)
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilly sauce - 3 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Maida - 3-4 Tbsp
  • Oil to deep fry

Preparation:

  1. Cook the vegetables and smash them.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the smashed vegetables and mix to a dough.
  3. Make small finger shaped pieces out of the dough and deep fry them in oil. Serve with sauce.
