Bathura

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mix all purpose flour, curd, baking powder, salt and 2 tsp of oil to form a dough. Set aside for 2-3 hours.
  2. Make small balls out of the dough and shape it into small puris and deep fry them.
  3. Serve with Chole or pickle.
