Methu Vadai

Ingredients:

  • Urad dal - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Green chillies -2 Finely chopped
  • Oil to deep fry

Preparation:

  1. Soak the urad dal for 15 minutes and grind it to a fine paste without adding water.
  2. Add onion and green chillies and curry leaves to the paste and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and make small balls with the dough and make a hole in the middle of the ball and deep fry them. Serve with coconut chutney.
