Ingredients:
- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Green chillies -2 Finely chopped
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation:
- Soak the urad dal for 15 minutes and grind it to a fine paste without adding water.
- Add onion and green chillies and curry leaves to the paste and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and make small balls with the dough and make a hole in the middle of the ball and deep fry them. Serve with coconut chutney.
