Ingredients:
- Chicken stock - 4 cups
- Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion - 1/4 cup chopped
- Cabbage - 1/4 cup Chopped
- Shredded cooked chicken - 1/4 cup
- Egg -1
- Corn flour - 3 Tbsp
Preparation:
- Mix the soy sauce, chicken stock, chilly sauce, pepper, vinegar, sugar and salt and bring it to a boil.
- Add the vegetables and cook till the they are soft.
- Add the chicken and mix well. Dissolve the corn flour in water and add this to the boiling mixture stirring continuously.
- When the soup thickens, remove from heat.
- Beat the egg in a bowl and add that to the hot soup stirring continuously with a fork. Garnish with coriander leaves.
