Ingredients:
Preparation:
- Heat two cups of water in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add the rice flour and salt to the hot water and stir it until cooked and turns to a soft dough.
- Make small balls out of the dough and steam cook them.
- Take milk out of the grated coconut 2 times.
- Heat the second coconut milk in heavy flame for 2 minutes and add sugar and cardamom powder. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the cooked rice balls to it and after a boil put off the stove and add the first coconut milk.
